I found Legal iuris at a Place in the sun before coming to Spain . I used their service to buy my Villa and Hannah was excellent throughout the whole process . It was daunting buying a house in a new country but Hannah made it seem straightforward. I would highly recommend using this company . What a professional company! From start to finish Hannah and her team could not have done more during this very stressful purchase. Hannah worked tirelessly even way after hours to ensure everything was 100% legal and above board before we completed. Even after the estate agent assured us everything was in order. Hannah's legal eagle eye spotted stuff. Vincente honestly we would have pulled out of the sale if it wasn't for the extra time you spent reassuring us at every stage. We had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah from Legal Iuris and we are extremely grateful for all the care and attention that we got while purchasing our home. She was there to answer any questions that we had, and to talk us through any set back or worries. She made the process really easy for us and we really felt like we were in really safe hands especially with being in a different country. The level of professionalism and prompt answers to our questions (some even after hours) was really appreciated. Zeer tevreden over Legal Iuris bij de aankoop van onze villa in Spanje. Correct en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Je merkt dat voor hen alle papieren in orde moeten zijn en dat Cristel op haar strepen staat. De aankoop via volmacht verliep zonder problemen. Op aanvraag van Cristel werd de woning nog geïnspecteerd de dag voor de aankoop en ontvingen we van de makelaar filmpjes van de huidige staat van de woning, zowel binnen als buiten. I do not know what I would have done without the help and support of the wonderful Hannah and Daniel throughout my property purchase in Spain.
