A lady called Mar Sanchez contacted us.It became clear from the first e-mail that Mar was very professional. Then, after our initial telephone conversation it confirmed to us that we could fully trust Mar and the company she represents.Choosing the correct legal representation when buying a property in Spain is a difficult and crucial decision. You are investing your savings, into your dream home and you need someone you can trust.When you buy a property in Spain you have lots of things to consider; bank accounts, NIE numbers, potential power of attorney, wills, utility bill transfers, house insurance, this to name a few.At all stages Mar from Legal iuris explained everything in fine detail.
